Data storage
We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. We keep data for the following periods:
- Mailing list (Mailerlite) -when you subscribe to our newsletter we may keep your information until you notify us otherwise or choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
- Marketing - where you have agreed to receive direct marketing we may keep your information until you notify us otherwise.
- Customer accounts - when you create an account we may keep your account information until you notify us that you want to delete your account.
- Order information -when you place an order, your information will be retained for the legal period of 6 years after a transaction is made. We never store card details.
Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR.
Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through our site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Shopify Payment Processing
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. We do not personally hold any credit or debit card information.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
